Meet Dr. Sarah Meyers
Background and Credentials
Sarah was born and raised in a small lakeside town Petoskey,Michigan. As a little girl she always owned and cared for a menagerie of small creatures ranging from dogs, cats, rats, rabbits, hamsters, mice, fish and parakeets. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology from Grand Valley State University in 2007 and completed her veterinary schooling at Michigan State University in 2011. She practiced one year in southern Michigan before moving to northern Wisconsin. Since graduation she has practiced companion animal general medicine. Together with her husband she has three daughters 6, 4 and 1 year old. Also an integral part of the family is her black lab, Allie. They have a small hobby farm of chickens and rabbits that she and her daughters enjoy caring for together. Her free time is spent enjoying the outdoors together as a family,especially canoeing, camping, hiking and running.
